Keep Barbados Clean is a grassroots project run entirely on a non-profit basis by the team at The Display Group Inc.
Our Mission
Keep Barbados Clean is committed to creating a cleaner, more beautiful Barbados through the removal of roadside litter, public education and constructive engagement with businesses and Government.
We aim not only to address the litter that exists today, but also to encourage stronger policies to prevent littering and improve waste management across the island.
1Why We Started
Barbados is beautiful, and we want to keep it that way. We got tired of seeing roadside litter and illegal dumping taking over our island, so, we decided to step up and actually do something about it. We started this project to take direct action and to help clean up the island.
2What We Do
We head out to hotspots and high-visibility areas to clean them up. We count and track every single bag and large item we pick up, so we can prove exactly how big of a problem this is to the people who can help fix it.
